With six years of experience providing compassionate care, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My background includes a college degree and CPR Training, and I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. I offer respite care, live-in care, and assistance with errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. When connecting with care recipients, I focus on understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
