About Cynthia
Besides helping with my great aunt before she passed and taking care of my mom until she passed, I have mostly taken care of children and children with special needs. I had 5 boys who are now 16-28 and 4 grandchildren. One of my children is high functioning autistic and another was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia when he was 19. I mostly do housekeeping, but this past year, I have taken on a special needs child who was very aggressive at first, but after behavior training, etc, he only has bad days every so often. I enjoy talking to elderly people and often get stopped in the store by elderly people who I guess just want to talk to me. I have cleaned for several elderly people and think my personal experiences have helped qualify me to help care for an elderly person.
