Cynthia is a treasure! On her own she figured out very quickly what I needed to regain wellness and combat stress. She does breathing exercises with me as needed and makes sure I drink enough water and eat high protein foods. Her varied skills are fantastic! She prepares tasty salads and cooked meals, and works very quickly to do so. She is capable and dependable, cheerful and energetic. She takes initiative in organizing my household, but is always willing to follow my lead on that. Above all she is genuinely kind, and that makes me feel nurtured!
