We hired Crystal to help us at home. We are both working and have 2 small children. She comes in twice a week to clean, do laundry, and run simple errands. She also babysits for us occasionally. Crystal is beyond respectful and courteous. You can tell she has high moral standards and I definitely trust her to be in my home unsupervised. She follows directions and isn't afraid to ask for clarification. She communicates if she is running late or has questions. She's responsive and flexible if I need to reschedule.
