About Crystal
During the pandemic, I spent eight months as the Resident Life Director at an assisted living facility. I have experience with residents 70-102 years old with illnesses like Parkinson's and Dementia. When my residents had to be socially distanced but still socially stimulated, I taught them how to race remote control cars in the hallway. Connection, safety, comfort and joy is the root of the work I've done in all the programs I've developed for my residents in my time there. I'm looking to transition back into part time patient care work.
