Hi, I'm Crystal. I'm a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of experience in medical-surgical care and clinical supervision. I provide private duty nursing support for individuals who need more than basic care. I became interested in this work after helping a family member navigate a complex medical situation and seeing how overwhelming it can be. I enjoy helping families feel more organized, informed, and supported. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of medical and complex care needs, including dementia, Parkinson's, heart failure, and diabetes. I also support clients transitioning home after a hospital stay and those needing end of life care. I can assist with assessments, wound care, injections, and medication management. I am known for being calm, reliable, and detail oriented. I focus on creating a safe and supportive environment while helping families feel more at ease.
