We hired Heather over 3 months ago, and wish she could stay. Circumstances changed, but her integrity and compassion is much appreciated. She's always on time, and is hands-on with contacting us in regards of any issues in regards of my MIL's care. Communication was very swiftly, especially at doctor appointments. Heather is an expert in descalating certain situations, and with my MIL and her illness that was a need in a caregiver. Besides making sure my MIL is safe from falls, driving to appointments, errands, gym, and social events, Heather was always on top of her needed medications. Heather is willing to do anything, within her scope, to make the experience of healthcare giving for your loved one not only enjoyable, but also to put your mind at ease. We noticed from day one, Heather loves her job and takes it very serious.
