Hello I am Crystal. I have 8 years of experience from being a HCA home care aid to being a care manager in a memory care unit. I have worked with dementia, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimers, stroke patients as well as COVID-19 patients. I have hospice experience, wound care experience, med reminder experience and most of all have learned how to build a care plan for any patient/client under my care. I do what works best for those I care for. This is definitely my passion. I am currently in med school as well to become a surgical technologist. I have a HCA License and CPR License. As stated I can help you or a loved one for I know how hard it is to find a care provider that is trust worthy and who carries a passion for helping others. Crystal worked for my family to care for our blind 95-year-old mother. She is an exceptional young woman who is knowledgeable in the field of caregiving. She was patient and diligent in meeting our mother's needs. She was especially helpful in communicating updates on an on-going basis. When she was initially hired, she made suggestions on supplies and a schedule that benefited the care she gave. I highly recommend Chrystal as a caregiver.
