About Crystal

I love working with kids because it allows me to be creative and playful. The bond that forms between a caregiver and a child is incredibly special and being a part of their journey is a fulfilling experience. I started at an after school center for autistic kids. These kids were aged 5-17. I was blessed with such a rewarding experience being able to have these kids leave happy and come back excited. I started babysitting at a daycare center a few years ago. This is where I gained my experience dealing with kids as young as 12 months old. In my spare time, I work as a medical assistant at John's Hopkins helping patients of all ages and disabilities with daily activities. I'm kind-hearted and trustworthy and someone who can get along with anyone. My skills include effective communication and patience. As a medical assistant I have useful medical experience and will know what to do in case of an emergency. I'm quick on my feet & know how to remain calm in stressful situations.
