I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Building a connection with your loved one means creating a comfortable environment, respecting their independence, understanding their preferences, and earning their trust. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I offer respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, and mobility. I have a car, and I'm comfortable with pets.
