I started working with kids when I was 12 years old because I felt a calling to nurture and support children who were younger than me. Crystal has been a wonderful nanny for my son over the past ten months, since he was just 15 months old. Any family would be fortunate to have her! She is incredibly warm, cheerful, and engaging. She was always extremely reliable and punctual, incredibly attentive and proactive with play, fostering my son's development in creative and thoughtful ways, whether through arts and crafts, reading books, singing songs, or interactive games. She is a fantastic communicator, not only with children but also with parents, always keeping me informed about my son's day and progress. She managed to teach my son Spanish in just a few months! I was so impressed as was his Spanish immersion daycare. As my son transitions to daycare, I can wholeheartedly recommend Crystal.
