About Ryan

I'd describe my personality as caring, responsible, patient, and playful. I like working with kids because they remind me to be in the present and allow me to be playful and be in touch with my creative energy. I'm looking for a job that allows be to build connections with families and create a safe and nurturing environment. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old! Kids have always brought me so much joy. In my spare time, I like to be outside, go to the beach / park, do yoga, and read a good book. I grew up on the east coast and my family fostered children throughout my entire adolescence and teenage years! This showed me how truly important it is for children to feel seen, safe, and nurtured. My skills include creative play, positive reinforcement, and relationship building.
