Hi, I'm Crystal! Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion and what I've built a career on. I started babysitting at age 12, worked in a Daycare in highschool, and Nannied during college. I then went on to work in Residential care for high needs kids and eventually earned my Master's degree in Psychology and have worked as a Child and Family Therapist for over 16 years. I have an amazing 11-year-old daughter as well. I bring a calm, patient, and professional approach to childcare. I am very comfortable applying your household rules to ensure consistency. I've had CPR Training and First Aid Training for your peace of mind. I love engaging children through educational games, puzzles, and dance parties! I will prioritize your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child's day.
