About Crystal

Hi, about me, I love to help families in need of an extra pair of caring hands. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, familial and quirky. I like working with kids because I'm a big kid at heart, and the small and necessary every day tasks required to take care of children come naturally to me. I'm looking for a job that is full time, working in the home. I started working with kids when as one of my first jobs as a YMCA daycare worker. Since then I have nannied once, and worked in the special needs department at public schools. In my spare time, I like to go on walks with my dog. Dancing and singing are always a favorite past time. Arts and crafts are a constant at my house. One thing you should know about me is that I also worked in interior design. I'm pretty handy with tools, and comfortable with animals as well. My skills include specials needs/behavioral skills/Emotional regulation, implementing routines and play.
