About Crystal

For over 15 years, I've dedicated myself to nurturing children's growth and development, driven by a passion for making a positive impact on their lives and supporting families. I am patient, creative, warm and friendly. I am comfortable caring for up to two children of any age group. I have hands on experience with growth milestones, sleep and potty training, baby led weaning, etc. I am First Aid and CPR Trained, and TrustLine certified and have excellent references having previously worked at a premier nanny agency for over 8 years prior to relocating. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping and all child related duties. I enjoy going on fun excursions with the kiddos and encourage exploration through experiences. I do my best to cultivate a warm, safe and loving environment and believe that clear communication and thoughtful collaboration are keys to a successful nanny family relationship.
