Hi there! I've been an elementary teacher for 11 years. For 9 of those years I've been in 4th or 5th grade classrooms, and for 2 years I worked with all elementary grade levels doing small group reading intervention. I have cared for many infants and toddlers as well and am comfortable with any age! When watching kids, I prefer non-screen time such as games, puzzles, crafts, books, and outdoor play. I believe that these things are critical for their cognitive and social emotional development. As the school year is getting started I will only be able to take jobs on evenings or weekends, but weekdays won't be possible.
