Cris is the kind of person who can walk into a busy family's home and know what they need. She was amazing with our two sons, one a bratty toddler (seriously) and the other a baby. She is also an animal lover and took really good care of our goofy puppy. She worked for us for a month or so doing housework and childcare. I trust her with my house, with my kids, with my animals. Our needs changed (from morning to afternoon) and so we had to let her go. I will call her whenever I need a sitter for sure. I recommend her very highly.
