I have a genuine heart for working with older adults and spent two years at a dementia care facility in the activities department, where I focused on engagement, routine, and creating meaningful moments for residents. I also taught senior fitness classes at the YMCA for several years, giving me experience working with a wide range of mobility levels and health considerations. I'm patient, dependable, and truly enjoy providing companionship, conversation, and light assistance. I've always been very close to my grandparents, which shaped my respect and compassion for seniors. While I don't provide hands-on personal care such as adult diapering, I'm happy to offer companionship, encouragement, and a calm, caring presence.
