Hi! I' m available to help with childcare. I'm a government employee who was recently laid off from my job and looking for part-time work while I figure out my next professional chapter. I currently help with a family one day per weekend. I have been with this family for four years. Prior to my most recent work, I was a part-time nanny for families in Golden and Wash Park (families with 1 and 4 children, respectively). Prior to that, I was a full-time nanny with the same family for two years, taking care of their son from the ages of 6 months to 2. 5 years; he was my little buddy! I have experience in potty and sleep training. Before moving to Colorado, I provided part-time childcare for Manhattan families for 8 years while working full time in the nonprofit sector. Courtney is great! We loved her! Our son is going through some separation anxiety after being home with both parents 24/7 due to Covid so leaving him has been hard for us but she was so kind and patient with him. She constantly reassured him we were coming back and took time to walk around with him and show him we weren't home but would be later. She worked hard to keep him calm and then reassured us too that we didn't need to worry. I felt better knowing he had her there to help him! We'll definitely be hiring Courtney again in the future :)
