About Claire

Hi! My name is Claire and I have been working with children for over a decade. My journey in child care began in my teenage years and grew into a passion that has shaped both my education and career. After college, I worked full-time as a nanny for several wonderful families, caring for children primarily between the ages of 0-5. During this time, I gained hands-on experience in early childhood development, and I truly loved being a part of those important early years. While working as a nanny, I pursued and earned my master's degree in Special Education, further deepening my understanding of how to support children with a variety of needs. Currently, I am a full-time elementary special education teacher during the school year. As summer approaches, I'm looking for part-time child care opportunities. I'm comfortable with pets, have reliable transportation, and am happy to help with meal prep for the kids. I bring a calm, patient, and energetic approach to caregiving!
