About Cortnie

Hi, I'm Cortnie! I'm based in Birmingham, MI and have 5+ years of childcare experience, from infants/new borns through school-aged children. My experience includes nannying a premature infant with additional health needs, babysitting for families with multiple young children, and nearly four years as an assistant preschool and daycare teacher while attending the University of Michigan. In my daycare role, I cared for up to 20 children and managed daily routines including meals, diapering, potty training, naps, educational activities and outdoor play. I also gained experience caring for children with allergies, asthma, disabilities and other individualized needs. I'm patient, attentive, playful and comfortable adapting to each child's personality and routine.
