We were very impressed during our interview with Jessica. She was punctual and courteous. She has extensive experience in working with a variety of ages of children. Our kids gravitated to her immediately and our son hopped into her lap for a story. As a full or part-time, in home nanny, she checks all the boxes. She has a good understanding of how to interact with parents in the home. She asked excellent questions about our parenting philosophy. Highly recommend.
