About Corinne

Hello! My name is Cori (they/them), I recently moved to Mercer Island from Denver, and I am thrilled to start building connections and community in the area! Seeking queer-friendly families who value an experienced caregiver to prioritize nurturing autonomy and creativity in each child's life. After receiving my degree in psychology with a concentration in child development, I spent the past four years working at a Child Advocacy Center as a forensic interviewer, family advocate, and prevention specialist. I have over 10 years of experience nannying and babysitting children aged 1 month to 16 years old. While my professional experience has shaped my approach to childcare, I believe that my compassionate nature and love for adventure most accurately describe who I am as a caregiver. My goal is to ensure that each child's needs and your needs as a parent are being met and exceeded through ongoing collaboration and communication.
