Ntokozo nannied our 4-month-old baby and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always punctual, reliable, and had such gentle demeanor with our baby. Our baby tends to get fussy around new people, but we were impressed that she warmed up to Ntokozo within just a day. Ntokozo was also incredibly patient with our baby’s nap routine, which can be challenging. While our baby usually has a hard time taking naps in her crib, Ntokozo was more than happy to let her contact nap, ensuring she got the full rest she needed. Thanks to Ntokozo’s attentive care, our baby was well-rested and in a delightful mood by the time we were off work.
