About Cooper

I've been passionate about nurturing and educating children for as long as I can remember. I began tutoring students and teaching dance in high school, then continued to nanny and tutor while directing a youth ballet company during college. I originally planned to pursue elementary education, and although I found my path in secondary education, my love and admiration for young minds has never faded. After earning my degree, I spent five years teaching high school English (including AP Literature) and recently transitioned into school administration while pursuing continuing education at Rice University. Alongside my work in education, I've cared for families with multiple children, including extended solo care while parents traveled. I'm known for being nurturing, consistent, and grounded in both grit and grace. I bring a strong work ethic, a deep respect for children's individuality, and a calm, reliable presence to every home and classroom I enter.
