For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I'm also happy to provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
