Hi! My name is Collin, but I prefer to go by Caleb! I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over a year and a half of experience working with children, including those with behavioral and developmental needs. I work full-time in a clinical setting, where I help kids build communication, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I'm very patient, calm under pressure, and know how to handle challenging behaviors in a safe and supportive way. I'm currently offering evening and weekend care. I'm great with routines, structured play, and creating a positive environment where kids feel comfortable and understood.
