About Bonita

Hi! I'm Bonita - a joyful, creative, and dependable caregiver who brings over 5 years of hands-on experience working with amazing kiddos from infants to early elementary age. By day, I'm a Pre-K teacher who loves messy crafts, storytime voices, and making learning feel like play. I've taught in classrooms, run activities in recreation programs, and supported kids of all abilities - including those with special needs and behavior plans. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and currently working toward my degree in Elementary and Special Education. I believe in calm, consistent care with a dash of fun - whether that's through sensory play, routine-building, or simply making sure your child feels seen, safe, and celebrated. Comfortable with pets? Absolutely. Happy to jump in on short notice? You bet.
