About Stephanie

My name is Stephanie, and I have 7 years of experience working with children, including children with special needs. I started my childcare career at a daycare on a military base, caring for infants and young children from 3 months to 5 years old. I later ran a home daycare, which gave me hands-on experience with structured routines and personalized care. For the past 5 years, I've been a respite care provider through the Air Force, working closely with military families and providing care for children with special needs of all ages, from newborns to teens. I'm passionate about creating a calm, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can feel safe and families can feel at ease. I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them feel safe, supported, and understood. Being part of their growth and knowing I can make a positive difference especially for children who need extra patience and care is very meaningful to me.
