Previous roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families using their preferred method, including verbal updates and written daily reports. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or behavioral changes with grace. I also incorporate memory care activities. I am skilled in transportation, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also have CPR Training. I have a college degree, my own car, and I'm comfortable with pets. It would be my pleasure to bring my experience and caring nature to your family.
