About Colleen

I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Arizona with a strong background in compassionate, patient-centered care. My work has involved supporting adults with physical comfort, chronic pain, stress, and emotional well-being. I bring a calm, attentive presence and value clear communication, patience, and reliability. While I have not worked in a formal older adult care role, my healthcare experience has given me strong observational skills and a deep respect for dignity and independence. I am comfortable providing companionship, conversation, light household assistance, meal prep, medication reminders (non-administration), and gentle mobility support. I strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for those in my care.
