Tracey possesses a remarkable ability to connect with her clients, offering both skilled medical assistance and genuine companionship. Beyond her competence in managing medication schedules and assisting with daily tasks, she brought a phenomenal attitude and phenomenal patience every day. She is very conscientious and meticulous in everything she does for her clients. Her responsibilities included all adl’s (activities of daily living), shopping, ordering/pick up and dispensing of medications, among other tasks not listed. She showed her dedication by not only performing her job, but by always looking for better ways to help my aunt with whatever challenge presented itself, especially if it helped with my aunt’s daily comfort.
