I worked with Colleen for a couple years. We cared for a lovely 98 year old man with dementia. Colleen always brightened his day and he felt safe around her. I worked days and Colleen did nights for a while. She is so reliable I can honestly say she was never late not even once. She cares deeply for the people around her. Always very intuitive in understanding the ups and downs that come with dementia and using her positive attitude and outlook to make any situation better.
