Hi all! My name is Michael. I am 25 years old and live in the Wheat Ridge area. I currently work as an RBT (registered behavior technician) in Lakewood during the week. This involves working with children with autism spectrum disorder at an outpatient clinic implementing individualized treatment plans, behavior protocols, and skill development. I have about 4 years of professional experience working in the special needs field, and over 6 years of experience working with kids ages 2-16 in home settings, camps, clinics and community settings. I've picked up a lot of fun activities, crafts, games and ideas throughout the years to keep kids occupied and engaged.
