About Colby

Hi! My name is Colby and I have been a professional tutor for the past 3 years at the University of New England. I also recently just finished my first semester as a professor teaching Comparative Animal Physiology to college juniors and seniors. I completed my masters in Marine Biology in 2025. While the ocean is where I am most enthusiastic, I have lots of experience tutoring chemistry, biology, genetics, and statistics courses. I am passionate about student success which I demonstrate by my dedication and flexibility to meet students needs. Each session I look forward to getting to know a student and how they best learn. I then cater the sessions to their learning style by incorporating diagrams, lists, or even actions to help learn content. I hope to get to know you soon!!
