Cody was hired by our family for a 6 week position and three years later we are struggling to part ways with her because of what an important part of our family she has become. She had an immediate connection with our kids, who were 3 and 2 at the time. She comes prepared with age appropriate educational activities and meets each child where they are both emotionally and developmentally. I have learned things from watching Cody interact with my kids which has made me a better parent. She is flexible, hard working, and was truly meant to work with kids. We are sad to be giving up our time with her, but I know another lucky child or two will benefit from her moving to a new family.
