About Claudia

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my passion for education. With nine years of experience as a Certified Teacher, I specialize in special education k-12, including Math, English, Science, and Study Skills. My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By utilizing Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and varying my strategies--from hands-on activities to real-world examples--I create a supportive environment where students thrive. I believe clear communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I am happy to meet at your home, a library, or online to best serve your needs. I truly look forward to helping your child discover how capable and bright they really are.
