I interviewed Claudia and immediately asked her to come to a trial day with us because of her extensive newborn/baby experience. I was deeply impressed with Claudia. She was extremely professional (and timely! SO essential!) but also really warm with my kids--I had an ~8 month old, 3-year-old, 5-year-old, and 7-year-old and they all bonded so quickly with her. She didn't even flinch at our chaos; she just jumped in and handled it all. I didn't have to project manage (no lists of activities! no pre-cut tiny meals for the baby! no extra instruction about how to put a baby down for a nap!) and felt immediately confident in her childcare abilities--it was SUCH a relief and a nice change from the norm. We decided to go a different care route (au pair) but she was far and away THE MOST QUALIFIED person we interviewed. Anyone would be lucky to have Claudia!
