Nurturing young minds is a true passion of mine, inspired by years of positive babysitting experiences and a genuine desire to impact children's lives. My graduate degree has provided me with a strong foundation. I have three years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, with a particular focus on the 1-3 age range. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, allowing me to provide personalized attention. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, which helps me connect with children. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules.
