The mission of hiring childcare can be a daunting one. How will this new person interact with my child, are they trustworthy, are they reliable, do they have child development experience (especially to handle the lively under 5 years and the big feelings that come with this age!)? I feel so blessed to have Claudia in my village. When my child is with Claudia, I know she is in the best of hands and that I do not need to worry. This peace of mind is priceless!!
