About Maya

Hi! My name is Maya, and I am a current university student seeking a summer position as a childcare provider/nanny. I have over three years of professional childcare experience, including working as a camp counselor and serving as an after-school caretaker for the SUSD. Through these roles, I have worked with children of various ages and developed a strong passion for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for every child I work with. I love staying active and spending time outdoors, as well as drawing, painting, and listening to music. In addition to childcare, I also have experience with cooking, laundry, light housekeeping, and helping maintain an organized home environment. I strive to build meaningful connections with children while ensuring they feel safe, encouraged, and cared for. I am dependable, patient, and enthusiastic, and I look forward to supporting families throughout the summer!
