About Claudia

I am a licensed special education teacher with a Master's degree in Special Education, currently working with students with autism. I am trained in a structured reading program and passionate about helping students of all abilities access reading and learning. I use a student-centered, multisensory approach, incorporating student interests to create engaging and supportive lessons. I adapt instruction based on individual needs, break down complex skills, and celebrate small successes to build confidence and motivation. I support English, Special Education, and Study Skills for elementary through high school students. I also work closely with families to provide tools and strategies for success. I am CPR and First Aid certified and excited to help your student grow and reach their goals!
