Am being able to communicate with children, parents, and other staff members. This includes verbal communication for interacting with children, and written communication for lesson plans, activities, and correspondence. I have knowledge of child development principles and being able to create age-appropriate activities. Also able to maintain a safe and clean environment for children. This includes supervising diaper changing and bath time, and monitoring playtime. I am able to keep child records, including emergency numbers and student progress reports. I can also clean and organize the area. I'm able to implement flexible care solutions, such as hybrid in-person/virtual programs. Also able to remain calm and patient in challenging situations, such as handling tantrums or conflicts. Am able to make daily activities and learning experiences fun and engaging. Social-emotional growth. I'm able to foster social-emotional growth in children.
