Victoria was our nanny for a few months. She did the minimum required at best. After months she gave a two day notice even though her contract required 60 days. On top of that she blamed it on my children who are 2 and 4 that she had no connection with them. In 4 months she called in sick 11 times all of which where with only a few hour notice. On top of all of that she took my kids without my knowledge or consent to a friends house in a different town and never felt to contact my husband or I about it. They were suppose to be at a park in a different city. When asked she said she would tell me when I got home.
