I have always been involved with childcare - even as a child. Growing up, my mom was a nanny and I would always join her after school or during the summer and help her take care of or play with the kids. This passion for people and children has always stayed with me, pushing me to earn my degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Fort Lewis College. Throughout earning my degree, I worked at St. Columba Montessori Preschool, where I learned so much more about children and children's needs. This job didn't just teach me more about children but also the value in patience, and the power in communication. I am now relocated in Tucson, AZ where I will be attending graduate school to earn my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I know that your child/children and I would have a blast together and I would be so happy to spend time with them.
