Pleasure to meet you! I am searching for a family that is in need of child care in the Chicagoland area. I love children of all ages and also have experience helping with special needs kids. I am happy to help with any tasks including school pick-up/drop-off, extracurriculars, errands, homework, meal prep, cleaning, laundry and date night. I have extensive experience with medication management. I am trained with Type 1 diabetes management skills. I can check blood sugar, administer insulin through a syringe or pump and I understand the warning signs of both high and low blood sugar levels including knowledge regarding a glucagon pen. Safety is always my top priority and I am very thorough. I have been fortunate enough to work for families that have preferred for me to bring my child along. Families often find it quite beneficial for them to have a built in playmate for their child that can help teach their children socialization, sharing and practice being a good teammate!
