We hired Jen for our 6 month old and couldn't imagine having anyone else! Jen is truly a caring nanny and instantly connected with our son and our whole family. She has the experience to instinctively know how to care for children and was quickly able to get into a routine with our baby. She is reliable, flexible and truly a good person. We loved that she played with him, read to him, took him to parks, did arts and crafts, so many experiences! We were so sad when we had to move and still stay close with Jen. Whoever hires her is not going to be disappointed.
