About Clare

Hello! My name is Clare, I'm originally from London, England but now live in Atwater Village with my husband and dog Prince. I'm a freelance writer looking for part time (around 20-30 hours) or one-off jobs. I've extensive experience caring for children and pets alongside performing general housekeeping and personal assistant tasks. I'm reliable and generally a cool, calm and collected human to engage with! I'd describe my personality as warm, giving and patient. I like working with kids they keep you on your toes. I've always found it very rewarding to build a rapport with kids and watch them flourish with age. I started working with kids when I was 18 years old, and have worked as a full time carer, part time carer and occasional babysitter since. In my spare time, I like to write, read, hike, bike, cook, host dinner parties and travel. One thing you should know about me is I'm British, I communicate well, bring a good sense of humour and straightforward attitude.
