Hello there! My name is Clara, I am 24 years old with an Interdisciplinary degree in Biology, Psychology, and Spanish. I am passionate about caring for children and have been nannying and volunteering in schools/churches since the age of 12 with experience in all ages. I have a BLS certificate in first aid training and CPR. I am comfortable and confident working with kiddos with special needs. After our first meeting with Clara B we immediately offered her reoccurring work for our 5 year old and 2 year old. She's hands on, models such beautiful behaviors, active and gets the kids outside, she leaves her phone in her bag and isn't one of those sitters who's answering all their texts or calls during babysitting. We originally hired her at a lower rate- but pay her even more because we recognize her value- she is a true gem. Clara is so engaged with the kids while modeling leader like qualities. Anyone who hires her in California is lucky to have her. If you're in MN, she's mine when she's back visiting her family (insert wink face)! As a huge plus, Clara is great with watching the kids while both parents work from home. Some sitters are uncomfortable with both parents home and let me still parent my kids while I'm home, Clara on the other hand steps in right away and starts engagement with the kids so they aren't even missing me! It's beautiful to see how happy they are when she arrives. Clara, you'll be greatly missed. My kids get happy feet dances when I say you're coming. We will miss you, A LOT!
