I've been tending to children since I myself was a child. Coming from a big family, changing diapers, rocking infants, moderating board games, etc. were things I learned at an early age. Into adulthood, I found my passion in caretaking and teaching, and within the years I attended UVA, I babysat and taught for many families. I have experience with infants as young as 2 mos to grown kids as old as 11. I would describe myself as a fun loving person, but I also set firm boundaries with those I care for. Given my degree in education, I'm comfortable with tutoring students in grades K-5 in reading, math, science, social studies, etc. I'm also bilingual in Spanish, so if your family speaks it or has a desire to learn, I'm perfect for you!
